How to Visualize – Part 1 (for beginners)

Occasionally, I get a client come in for a QHHT session and they are unable to visualize.  Perhaps you’re having difficulty visualizing as well.

Are you able to imagine or daydream? If you answered yes, you may already be a master visualizer and just don’t realize it.

Visualization is a powerful tool.  It’s similar to daydreaming. The best time to practice is when you’re most relaxed.  For instance:

  • When you first wake up
  • Before you go to bed.

This video includes two simple exercises to help you with your visualization practice.

To master visualization, it’s important to set aside a few minutes a day to practice.

How do you remember an important day such as a graduation, wedding or simply a day at the beach?  Do you see it in pictures similar to a slide show? Do you see it as a motion picture? Do you experience it?  Do you feel it?
